Install NuePrism
Install or access NuePrism in Jira Cloud and continue into the guided workspace setup.
This page covers product installation and access. If NuePrism has already been installed for your Jira site, continue to Set up your workspace.
Before you begin
Before installing NuePrism, confirm that you have the Jira access required to approve or install the app for the intended Jira site and project scope.
- Jira Cloud access
- Permission to install or approve the NuePrism app for the required Jira scope
- Access to the Jira project / Space containing the team's work
- Approval to grant the requested app permissions
Install or access NuePrism
1Open Jira. Sign in to the Jira Cloud site that contains the team's work.
2Open the app installation flow. Install the NuePrism app when provided by your NuePrism administrator, or from Atlassian Marketplace when it is available there.
3Review access. Approve only the Jira scope required for the intended team or evaluation.
4Open NuePrism. Once the app is available, launch NuePrism from Jira.
NuePrism does not replace Jira. Jira remains the system of record. NuePrism uses the connected execution data to diagnose delivery conditions, surface evidence, and produce execution verdicts and recommended interventions.
What happens next
On first use, NuePrism takes you through a guided four-step setup:

Members→
Review
After review, NuePrism saves the configuration, connects to Jira, prepares team data, generates insights, and opens the workspace.
